One day Othello ordered Iago to kill Cassio, and he strangled his wife to death. But Iago causes Roderigo to kill Cassio because they kill each other in his favor. The scene of a stabbing slash outside the castle caused Emilia to run back to inform Othello and see Desdemona was dead. Emilia saw the true face of her husband, denounced her husband to everyone and was stabbed to death by her husband.
